SHIPPING
Shipping is calculated by the US Postal Service for First Class Mail within the 50 United States, with a $2.50 minimum. International shipments are shipped Global Priority and cost more. To see what different shipping options cost, enter an order with the number of lasers you want and put in your shipping address and select a type of shipping. Hit the continue button and you will see the cost for the chosen shipping option. To try another option simply hit the "BACK" on your browser and select another shipping method. You will not have to enter your credit card information to check shipping costs. The shopping cart will calculate the cost for International shipments when First Class mail shipping method is selected. All International orders please use Global Priority for Shipping Option so the shopping cart can compute your shipping cost. Please VERIFY the laws regarding Class IIIA laser pointers in your region before placing an order. The Laser Guy will not be responsible for shipments held in customs. Our laser pointers are FDA approved Class IIIA lasers imported into the USA from Taiwan. All duties are paid when they are received into the USA. There may be a duty required by your customs to pick up your laser. Please investigate the details before placing an international order. The Laser Guy has completed his obligation when the item has been shipped with the proper customs forms filled out. This being said we have shipped all over the world with very little problems.
WARRANTY
All our red lasers carry a one year guarantee on materials and workmanship. Our green lasers carry a 90 day warranty.
That being said we also have a policy which simply stated says that we will NOT have an unsatisfied customer. If the laser is too bright, dim, ugly, pretty, heavy, light, the wrong color etc simply return it and we will refund the cost of the order and the cost of shipping it back to us. No other company will go as far to guarantee the satisfaction of their customers as Laser Guy. We do this to set the standard for how business should operate and because we have found that our customers are basically fair and honest. We would rather create good will than make a little profit.
SECURE ORDERING
All online transactions at The Laser Guy.com web site are handled through Yahoo with the strongest 128 bit SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
SPECIAL ORDERS AND ENGRAVING
If you need engraving on your order e mail a black and white image in EPS (preferred), jpeg, tiff, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Fireworks to: Email us at Deborah@TheLaserGuy.com. Include your phone number as we will want to talk to you before starting the job to assure that you are satisfied with the outcome. If the artwork has to be modified we will send it back to you for your review and approval before starting. There are no set up fees for engraving lasers when the minimum order size is met. Allow at least 5 days for engraving plus the time required to ship, which will depend on the shipping option you choose when the order is placed. We will make a laser, scan it on a 3D scanner and send it to you for approval before proceeding on orders of 100 or more lasers or if requested on smaller orders. Please add comments such as: desired text justification e.g. left justified or centered, and if you have a prefered font or a prefered direction for the writing to face at the time the order is placed or we will use our discretion to produce a product which looks nice by our standards and is in keeping with the general instructions a majority of our clients have requested.

SHIPPING We ship all orders the next day including International orders.. Please note that this applies only to business days, when the United States Post Office or UPS is operating. We ship anywhere in the world.
For destinations within the continental United States, the cheapest method is first class air mail. We can also ship via UPS at the customers request and you will be charged actual costs with no service charge.
Large orders are shipped per the customers request by UPS to arrive at the specified deadline.
At the time of quoting we will let you know when the order can be completed and what the shipping charges will be for several options to allow you to make an informed decision about shipping cost and schedules. Rush Shipments are available within the continental U.S. and internationally and the customer will be charged for actual shipping costs. International Shipments are sent via U.S. Global Priority Mail. Prices vary according to shipment weight. International shipments generally arrive within 7-10 business days, barring customs delays. To avoid order processing delays, please be sure to include a phone number and valid email address on the order form.
LIABILITY INFORMATION Laser Guy is not responsible for any consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our lasers. All our lasers are FDA approved and imported in accordance with applicable customs rules and regulations. The intentional mis-use of a laser is expressly forbidden and a warning label is included with all our laser pointers. We will be liable for the cost of replacing defective products only.
